    Lovely memories of Japan

    By kyutie | February 29, 2008

As most of you know, I went to Japan with my cousins, just for the heck of it.  It was fun and we all had a blast.  Here are some wonderful photos that we took when we were there.  I hope you find some of them funny.  I am not a funny person? or am i?

Don’t mess with me during lunch time, I take it seriously! lol.

** I eat a lot lot!  By the way, I bought my sweater in one of the mini boutiques in Harajuku for $20, really cheap huh?! it looks like a military jacket but sweater version.
** I am eating ramen noodles, the real deal not the instant ramen (aka pancit canton, lucky me, ramen)

    Gyarus — kogal?
I wanted to be like them before but I am kind of scared to be like this in the US, people here might look at me funny.  I know I am a SCARDY CAT!  But I have established  a new style for me… a combo of gyaru + american girl = kyutie.

A Gyaru is usually a Japanese girl who has bleached hair with tanned skin and wears very fashionable outfits like these killer boots for 8 - 10 hours!  They also have really high pitched voice, normally they work at clothing stores like shibuya109.

** Don’t worry I asked her for permission to take her photo, but I told her If ever I post her, I wouldn’t put her face.

Don’t be deceived by my little innocent smile.  I am going to take these little toys with me!  I am going to get you!  I spent so much money on trying to get one of them little UFO toys.  It was practically impossible to get them, I think you have to spend at least $10 inorder to get one toy!

** My jacket was from H & M for $80.  My scarf was from Old Navy it was given by my Japanese friend Haruka!  and the sweater was the military sweater from Harajuku.

I will end this blog for today. Seriously, I am the new endorser!

    LOVE YOU ALL MWUAH!

Awww I really love your photos!! That gyaru was GORGEOUS…her HAIR!!!! <3333333333333 and her boots ROCKED!

I Love gyaru style XD (as you can tell)….you shouldn’t be afraid to wear it in the US!!!! It’s trendy and fashionable and HOTT. People around here have too much of the same boring fashion =/ people would admire a bit of trendiness and class!

I hope I run into you around NoVA or DC someday! You have FIERCE style <3333 I’ll snap your pic XD
